Get to know the McGinleys!

Hello, we would like to introduce ourselves. We are Patrick and Catherine McGinley. As a company, we are proud to provide professional, confidential and personalized service, which results in a successful track record, both in sales and in customer satisfaction. But who are we - the people behind the names?

We've been raising our three wonderful children here for many years. Our oldest is now an official Longhorn! Through all of our business and personal activities, we have become very well versed in all our area has to offer: Schools, Neighborhoods, Arts, Sports, Businesses, etc.

Patrick is a graduate of Texas Christian University. He is a high achiever with years of excellence in the business world. He had 18 years of experience in the field of Broadcasting; and worked his way up to VP and General Manager of the local CBS Television Station, KEYE. He then parlayed his savvy business skills and extensive background in negotiating, into forming his own Real Estate business. He's a man who never gives up and does what it takes. He is also down to earth and very personable.

Patrick stays involved with the community whether it be coaching in the Round Rock Youth Baseball League, or coaching the Westlake Youth Lacrosse League. When not working (which is not often because he's a bit of a workaholic) you will most likely find him on the Golf Course with his son "Ryan".

I'm Catherine, and I have been working in Real Estate full-time since 2002. I am a licensed REALTOR in Texas, a certified Home Stager, and I have earned the National Association of Realtors, GREEN Designation. These accreditations, along with my Bachelor of Arts in Communications; allow me to blend all of my business savvy, creative flair, environmental awareness, and interpersonal aptitude into one very fulfilling career.

My commitment to my clients is sincere and foremost. I am proud to say that my clients have affectionately referred to me as "comforting and nurturing". All the while, I am also thought of as a "seasoned and strong professional", whose passion for my clients interests and the fluency of my words, has made me a formidable force when negotiating.

If you catch me in some rare time off, you will probably find me kayaking the lake with my kids, playing piano or guitar, in a yoga class, or adding to my book of poetry.
